Upon taking responsibility for the care of a facility, we develop preventive maintenance schedules on two levels:

General (high level)
  • - Determine what equipment needs maintaining
  • - When, and
  • - How often
Detailed
  • - We will assemble or develop detailed schedules outlining all parts on every piece of equipment which needs to be inspected.
  • - These schedules indicate how much time we anticipate it will take to complete each of the tasks.
  • - This will allow us to propose to our customers the proper level of manpower needed and/or adjust the maintenance frequencies.

  • If available, we are happy to work with existing plans and schedules.


  • The tools we use to manage a property allow us to maintain logs which, over time, will indicate repetitive mechanical failures and other problems. They also allow for comprehensive reporting to the HOA or building managers/owners. Through open and ongoing communications with our customers we are able to refine and customize our approach which virtually guarantees the optimum performance of the equipment at hand as well as the effectiveness of our staff.
